RSC Employee Data Sheet Solution: OMR Definition: The RSC Racing Company application applies OMR form customization with response bubbles, shaded boxes and background text that is easily created and integrated with data within Lytrod Designers. Forms can be created and customized on-site and/or with existing workflows that are capable of print on-demand. Business Problem: The RSC Racing Company was having difficulty collecting and imputing correct employee data that was required for their employees. Upon hiring, the employees would fill out their personal information with traditional handwritten, fill-out forms. Unfortunately when these forms were being entered by hand, some of their information was being entered incorrectly or with high frequency of error. Business Process: Lytrod Software’s Designers allows the creation of OMR forms to be customized to fit the customer’s exact needs. OMR grids can be drawn with response bubbles containing numbers, letters, or any given character. By using the OMR forms to collect employee data, the company can ensure that they are gathering the correct information scanned directly from the forms with fill-in bubbles instead of potentially misreading/mis-entering handwritten data. The colorization of the form can also be customized to fit a business’s logo and/or color scheme. By creating the OMR forms on site, the business can personalize questions for required information instead of buying expensive pre-printed stock that contains fields not applicable to the business.
