has all of the features and functionality of VisionDP plus additional capability to automate the composition and multichannel document delivery process. From the Hot Folder mode, in which VisionDP Automate is waiting for data to be dropped into a "hot folder" for immediate processing; to the Job Queue Manager which allows processing of multiple print jobs to be defined, controlled and viewed; to Versioning in which variables defined in the application can have new initial values overridden; as well as the creation of log data files to complement the split PDFs produced, so that a downstream process understands the correlation of the PDF files to the data used in each PDF document. VisionDP Automate separates the design of applications from the creation of PDF documents.
The base design and composition engine is identical in feature and functionality as VisionDP. Visit http://lytrod.com/products/VisionDP.php for these details.

- Versioning
Ability to set variables and counters in command set
Print
Create your variable job and use the produced PDFs for archiving, viewing or to print to any printer without having to worry about workflow-specific digital front ends.
Versioning
Alter starting values of counters and user defined variables in your application when you begin the processing and creation of the PDF document.
Imposition
Easy to use menuing options allow for multi-up and
z-sort imposition of your variable application, allowing for the most efficient usage of paper.
Email
Send email notifications to static or variable email addresses alerting when a print job is completed. Also permits "mobile printing", the sending of a PDF to email enabled printers for immediate printing. An LPR printer transfer method is also available.
Archive
Once your print application has been designed, you can archive it for safe storage or to transfer to another system.
Splitting
Choose which portions of the PDF document are to be placed in separate PDF files. This feature is useful when creating applications that need to be separated, stapled, imposed, bound, etc.
Report
A report may be created at the end of your variable PDF job, created as a separate PDF, or included in your print run. This report will contain resource usage information such as split PDF, page, font, image and bar-code counts occurring in the production of the job.
Job Queue Manager
Job Queue Manager allows processing of multiple print jobs and for jobs to be defined, controlled and viewed.
