With a current software license you have email and phone support available Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm (Pacific). Product updates are available via our automated update service 24/7.

Email Email is the best way to reach our support department. In your email, please provide your name, company name, Lytrod Software product name and serial number or product ID number (found in the About menu), a description of your issue. Please archive the job (SAVE AS ARCHIVE) and provide any screen shots if applicable. We will answer email within 1 hour of receipt during our normal business hours.

Software Updates Lytrod Software products on annual license renewal have a mechanism that checks for any available updates to your software at program startup and/or whenever a user requests an update. You also can get update and full downloads from our website at in the event your Internet firewall prevent access to the automated update service. The downloads are password protected, so please email us first requesting the current password – include your product name, serial/product number and your contact details so we can verify your license is under current contract and notify you of the password information.
